My package was originally misdelivered to the wrong address. I immediately reached out to FedEx so that they could investigate, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I never received a response. A few weeks later, one of their representatives told me on the phone that too much time had passed and they couldn’t do anything. When I repeated all this to the seller, she was SO helpful! The fact that a month had gone by since supposed delivery did not phase her, and she helpfully guided me through the process of pursuing a refund from Etsy. She was prompt and professional in her responses and made the process very simple. I have reordered a doll and am excited to receive it soon!

Ich bin mehr als nur zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung. Die Personalisierung der Puppe hat super geklappt. Sie ist wunderschön, total niedlich und exzellent gearbeitet. Die Kleidung auch. Alles war liebevoll und sicher verpackt. Vielen lieben Dank für den zusätzlichen Teddy. Außerdem hat die Puppe auch noch einen Unterrock und ein Höschen an, welche es auch dazu gab! Wow! Alles wie bestellt. Auf die Wünsche wurde wie beschrieben gut eingegangen. Anfragen wurden sowohl per Instagram, als auch hier schnell, freundlich und zielführend beantwortet. Mein kleiner Sohn wird seinen kleinen Freund sicher sofort ins Herz schließen. Wir werden später noch Kleidung für die kältere Jahreszeit im Shop nachbestellen.
